The Nordic Business Alliance and the company Trizma in partnership with the Norwegian Embassy in Belgrade organized a lecture "Beyond Budgeting" in the residence of the Ambassador of Norway. The lecture was held by Bjarte Bogsnes, the creator of 'Beyond Budgeting "and vice president of Statoil, the largest oil company in the Nordic region. At the presentation of the new model of management of the Norwegian company for oil and gas "Statoil" in Belgrade, the Norwegian Ambassador, HE Arne Sannes Bjornstad said: "With this system you ensure more responsibility, but at the same time more freedom. All your work is judged on the basis of results, and not on the basis of how much money you spent." He stated that "Statoil" public-private company, and that their organizational model of management can be applied to companies in Serbia. "It is easier to apply in the private sector, but it is not impossible to be applied to the public sector, and that is what we are trying here at the embassy," he added. Vice President "Statoil" Bjarte Bogsnes said that the oil company abandoned the traditional management, to ensure the leading position. "Our guiding light should not be to go the easy way, but to do what is good for the company's position. The leading position and should not be easy," he said.
