Nordic Green – Solutions for Serbia: Greening Business and Industrial Processes

On February 2nd, the “Nordic-Serbian Partnership for Greening Business and Industrial Processes” was fourth and final thematic conference in series of events and it was organized by the Embassy of Finland and in partnership with the Science Technology Park Niš. 

The Nordic region is recognized as a global leader in green solutions and Nordic countries fully share the vision of the European Green Deal, which emphasizes the importance of sustainable development. 

The event in Niš showcased examples of Nordic green technologies and business models which protect the environment, fight climate change and could improve sustainability in Serbia. 

We had great lineup of speakers, including companies such as Valmet, Umka/Kappa Star, Lindstrom Group and Grundfos. With an aim to raise public awareness of the urgency to go greener, experts shared the green experiences from the Nordic region and proposed actions to assist Serbia on its path towards a greener future.
