Goran joined the Management team of Telenor Serbia in June 2021. Previously, he has served as Telenor Serbia Strategic Advisor since 2019, working on strategic development projects. He has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, technology, and government relations.
Goran has more than 25 years of experience in new business development and major market expansion for high-growth telecom organizations. He worked for Lucent in Thailand, Taiwan, and Australia, then with Ericsson in Israel, US and Mexico. Among other leading roles, he served as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for seven years (2008 - 2015) in Telenor Serbia and CEO of SBB.
Goran has an M.Sc. in Telecommunications from the University of Novi Sad and an MBA, COTRUGLI Business School. He attended the Corporate Finance Program at London Business School. He is married and the father of two.
Bojana is Managing Director of Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia at TOMRA Collection. After living for more than 6 years in Norway, and working acreoss different cultures and markets, she came back to Serbia to establish TOMRA Collection business operations and grow the business of recycling and circular economy solutions in the region. Bojana has over 17 years of experience in the tech industry and strong track record of driving development, adoption, and scaling of products and services that are solving important problems and creating positive social and environmental impact.
She holds and MBA for Executives and MSc in Computer Science degrees.
Bojana’s mission is to empower and inspire others to embrace the circular economy and make a difference in the world.
Vladimir Tipsarević started his career at Ministry of Finance in 2003. During 2007-2018 period he was in Japan Tobacco International (JTI), responsible for markets of Serbia, BIH, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Albania, for the last five years at the role of Corporate Affairs Manager. In the following two years he was Head of Public Affairs and Communications at Coca-Cola HBC Serbia and Montenegro. Currently he is engaged as Public Affairs Director for Serbia and Montenegro at Novo Nordisk. He graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Belgrade University, where he has also finished his postgraduate studies in EU Law. He also graduated EMBA studies organized by Mokrogorska School of Management and Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
Neda Lazendić holds a master’s degree in Economics and Management of Energy Sector of Faculty of Economics and a law degree from the Faculty of Law of University of Belgrade. After several years of legal practice in the private sector where she was focusing on corporate law, privatization process, international transactions, banking and M&A, in 2011 she moved to renewable energy sector. Ms Lazendić is the director of WV International Serbia, which in cooperation with the Norwegian investor Emergy, is developing projects of construction of wind power plants of planned capacity of 800MW in South Banat region and solar power plant of 80MW in Žabalj municipality.
As a member of the working group for drafting and implementing bylaws based on the Law on the usage of renewable energy sources under the National Alliance for Local Development (NALED), Neda advocates the implementation of the Green Agenda and increasing the share of electricity from renewable sources in total energy consumption. She is the Vice President of the Energy Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), where she is constantly improving the investment framework for foreign investments in the field of energy and energy efficiency. Aside from being a Board member of the Nordic Business Alliance (NBA), she is also on Board of the Dutch-Serbian Business Association.
Executive Director
Iva Petrović is a newly appointed Executive Director of Nordic Business Alliance. She is a seasoned business professional with over 20 years of international experience in various industries, functions and geographies. She started her career in 1997 in Deloitte Consulting in Atlanta, developing strategies for clients such as Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, CNN and multiple financial institutions and technology start-ups. In 2001 and 2002, as a special advisor to the Minister, Iva worked pro-bono for the Ministry of Finance and Economy in Serbia on designing crucial reforms and facilitating country’s transition to market economy. After receiving her MBA from Harvard, she led brand management efforts at Revlon headquarters in New York where she launched new products and executed global marketing campaigns. In 2007, she transitioned to financial services joining Citigroup in New York, and subsequently in Prague and London. During her tenure at Citigroup, Iva played global and regional management roles serving corporate clients, governments and financial institutions.
Iva sees Nordic Business Alliance as a great platform from which she can channel her passion for responsible business, exemplified by Nordic values, to continue to drive positive change in business environment in Serbia, and society at large. In her free time, Iva enjoys activities in nature. She is an avid hiker, skier and runner.
In 2003, Goran Đurić founded his company EuroCons Group based in Vršac with the aim to offer the pharmaceutical industry complete solutions, starting from design, plant construction, validation, delivery of process equipment and complete post-sales support. Nowadays, EuroCons Group is a regional leader in the field of industrial engineering and cleanroom technology, offering the innovative equipment and solutions in pharmaceutical, processing, food, automotive and other industries. It is the first company in the Southeast Europe which is accredited for cleanroom and dry room engineering operations.
EuroCons Group simultaneously represents the leading global manufacturers of the equipment for air and liquid filtration, air humidity control, process equipment and equipment for packaging in pharmaceutical industry, as well as the equipment for industrial water treatment involving hydropneumatics technique (pipes, valves, dampers). Among them are Nordic companies such as Camfil, Munters, Ellab, InterApp (AVK Group) and Finn-Aqua (Steris).
Prior to EuroCons Group, Goran worked within the company Hemofarm AD as the Head of the Maintenance Department where he covered all production plants of Hemofarm in Serbia and abroad. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Department of Aerospace Engineering, as the best student of the 1986 generation.
Dragan Rajkovic graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade. For over 10 years he has been working in the area of environmental protection and sustainable development. At Tetra Pak, he began his career as an engineer and continued in several rolwes in sustainable development sector. Currently in the position of Director of Sustainability, he is leading the team of managers and experts in over 20 countries in North and Eastern Europe, working on sustainable development strategies, with a focus on regulatory aspects of waste management, development of packaging waste collection infrastructure, investments in recycling capaccities and technologies, and in sustainable business transformation with aim to meet the objectives of circular economy.
He is director in the board of the „Aliance for Beverage Cartons and the Environment“ in the UK and is a member of the EXTR:ACT Foundation in Germany.
Aleksandar Tripkovic is the Country Director of the global innovative pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca for Serbia and Montenegro.
Aleksandar’s career in pharmaceuticals, which started 15 years ago, with the first four years being at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Sanofi, and the last 11 at AstraZeneca, has given him extensive experience and expert knowledge in sales, marketing, business development and general management. He has lead teams in different therapeutic areas, with such success that it led to industry disruption in terms of market share and leadership position take-overs as well as winning awards. He sees building powerful teams as core responsibility in order to improve effectiveness and to ensure employee and organizational success.
Aleksandar is also a BSCC Director, Member of the Board of Directors at the Association of Producers of Innovative Medicines (INOVIA), and the Vice President of the Healthcare Alliance within the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED). He graduated Pharmacy from the University of Belgrade. Aleksandar is married and proud father of two children.
